Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship all across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas through trusted courier partners such as Leopards, TCS, and Call Courier.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons (Eid, Ramadan, Winter holidays) processing may take slightly longer.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) 2–3 business days
Other cities 3–5 business days
Remote areas 5–7 business days

Note: Since chocolates are heat-sensitive, delivery times may adjust slightly in summer for product safety.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Rs. 200 – Rs. 300 (calculated at checkout based on location).

  • Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 3,500.


5. Temperature-Sensitive Packaging

Because we sell premium chocolates, we take extra steps to ensure safe delivery:

  • Insulated packaging during hot weather

  • Ice packs used in summer months

  • Carefully sealed boxes to prevent melting or damage


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS

  • A tracking number to monitor your order in real time


7. Delays & Issues

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Extreme weather

  • Courier delays

  • Incorrect address details

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.
Orders with incorrect addresses may be returned to us or delayed.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by incomplete or incorrect details.


9. Melted or Damaged Products

We do our best to protect chocolates during shipping. In rare cases where chocolates arrive melted or damaged, contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the package and product

We will offer a replacement or store credit (terms apply).
